Pacific Piano Rentals – Rental Agreement

This agreement is between Pacific Piano Rentals (“Company”) and the customer (“Renter”).

The Company agrees to rent a digital piano (Yamaha P-45 or Yamaha P-125, depending on selection) to the Renter on a month-to-month basis.

Rentals are billed monthly via automatic payment.
The first month’s payment is due prior to delivery. Payments will continue monthly until the rental is canceled.
All payments are non-refundable once billed.

No security deposit is required to begin the rental.

The Company will deliver, set up, and pick up the instrument.
Free delivery is included in most local Puget Sound areas. For locations outside the primary service area, a delivery fee may apply.

The Renter agrees to take reasonable care of the instrument.
The instrument must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, moisture, or physical damage.
The Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

The instrument remains the property of Pacific Piano Rentals at all times.
The Renter may not sell, transfer, or sublease the instrument.

Rentals are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time.
To cancel, the Renter must provide notice prior to the next billing date.
After cancellation, the Company will arrange pickup of the instrument.

The Renter agrees to provide reasonable access for pickup of the instrument upon cancellation.
If access is not provided, additional charges may apply.

The Company is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of the instrument.
The Renter assumes responsibility for proper and safe use.

By completing payment and accepting terms at checkout, the Renter agrees to this rental agreement.
